Effective 2026-10-18
This policy explains what information Paralegal Associate ("we") collects through paralegalassociate.com and how we use it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request early access we collect your name, firm, work email, phone number (optional), state, firm size, inquiry volume, current software, the features you're interested in and any message you write.
- Basic usage data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a call and tell you about Paralegal Associate.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising profiles.
Please don't send client information
The early-access form is for information about your firm only. Please don't include confidential client information or details of any legal matter.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-processing service (Formspree) and stored in our business email. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up with you and for our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or opt out of further contact, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor those requests.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above.
